A decent and productive employment to all the able and willing to work adults in conditions of freedom, equality, rights protected and social protection. Increasingly using policy dialogue, advocacy and lobby - independently or jointly with like minded civil society organizations - as an important instrument towards achieving the goal of decent work for all and building coalitions and networking.
